AS I sit here I Just started thinking about how mean people know the true meaning of Christmas. All we do is put up lights, and Christmas trees, and so on and etc. Now what does that have to do with Christmas, since when did the become the reason why we really supposed to celeabrate christmas....... The main reason for the season is being thankful that your savior was born in a manger, where 3 or so we know or always was tol 3 wise men. But anyway My Brothers lets not let us for get what Jesus Said ok "It is better to give than to receive". I wish each and everyone of you a MERRY CHRISTMAS, AND HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR. God Bless and I love you all so dearly. I ask who thing please write me back the true mean of Christmas, and it is the Brith of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ.........Yall let me know when you can......... God Bless....

Man, what an awesome trip. 12 guys from Friendship went to the Smokies last weekend for four days on Operation: God Hunting and as the title suggests, the mission was accomplished! We had some rain, saw some deer, and had some sweet whitewater rafting action on Saturday. And let's not forget the awesome food and fellowship. Again, God showed up and truly showed out for us. I can't wait to go back!

Many thanks to those of you who have helped make the first half of 2008 one of the best yet for our ministry. The Band of Brothers has been blessed with a group of men that are learning to be active in their church, warriors for Christ and spiritual leaders for their family. I can't wait to see what God has in store for us the rest of the year. We have just begun a summer session of Wild at Heart. We had a great group of guys show up and I know God is going to do awesome things. A lot of new faces and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone. And it's not too late to join the series if you still want to. We will be watching the first video and discussing chapter one, so you haven't missed much. Just show up at the extreme friends power plant next Tuesday at 6:30 PM.

We have our camping trip coming up at the end of this month in the Smoky Mountains. I don't know about you, but I could use some time in "God's Playground". So I hope you will join us on this expedition we are calling Operation: God Hunting. We are going with the intention on finding God in his environment, on his terms. Necrotizing Fasciitis

Streptococcus pyogenes, or group A streptococcus

Group A streptococcus, or GAS, is often carried in the throat and on the skin without causing illness. When infection occurs, it is usually minor, such as with strep throat. However, in some rare instances, a virulent strain can cause life-threatening conditions such as necrotizing fasciitis (NF), a severe, albeit rare, infection of the tissues between the skin and underlying muscle. Also known as “flesh-eating disease”, once acquired, it progresses quickly causing gangrene, very often leading to limb loss and even death. The infection usually enters the bloodstream through a wound or even through a small abrasion or cut in the skin. One reason this infection is so devastating is that its survivors often report that while they were getting treated for flu-like symptoms, the site of infection did not look like anything more serious than a bug bite. By the time the true cause of symptoms is known, the infection has often had enough time to inflict severe damage or even take the person’s life.

Jackie Chambers is one such survivor whose life was on the line when he acquired NF after amputation surgery. Chambers, who had already lost his right leg above the knee to a staph infection, was scheduled to have his left leg amputated just above the knee due to circulation problems. While still in post-operation, his mother, who was sitting with him until he woke up, noticed a terrible smell. When the nurses were called in, her unconscious son was going into a fit of rage pulling out his bandages and IV drip. He was wheeled to ICU before being taken to a larger hospital by an emergency medical team. When the doctors made the diagnosis, Chambers’ mom was told that her son had only 12 hours to live. Refusing to give up, she urged the medical team of 10 doctors to do everything they could to save his life. They put him in a medically induced coma and on life support. His heart had to be restarted five times. “The fifth time, my heart stopped for seven minutes,” he says. “The doctors said I just kept fighting for my life.”

Chambers had a long fight. Before the end of the ordeal, Chambers would spend a month in ICU, followed by five more months in the hospital, finally to emerge a left hip-disarticulation amputee, and severe scarring on his abdomen. Chambers is emotionally scarred from the experience as well. “I wouldn’t wish this disease on my worst enemy,” he says. Now, Chambers is just trying to pick up the pieces and move on. Now after I did go through all of this and everything happen the way it did, God made it a way to reach and save everybody else that does know me. I feel so blessed that God made me the way I am to reaxh out to other people. I WILL ALWAYS GIVE THANKS TO MY LORD AND SAVIOR......I LOVE YOU JESUS

My dear Brothers in Christ, I really need yalls help with prayer and rasieing money for this wheelchair that I want, that will come in reall handy for me. Please Pray for me because my pain is increaseing and I am haveing male problems. Now as far as the wheelchair it will help me going over roughrocks and uneven sidewalks.

Now we all know that all we have to do is it get down on our knees, and pray for God to forgive us, But there is on thing about that. If have to mean it with our heart, mind and soul, which means that if we ask for God to forgive us and we keep doing the same sin over and over again, all we are doing is wasteing God's time.

Since we have became Christians we can go to Our Heavenly Father in prayer, about anything we have on our hearts.Some might say how do we know he is Listening. Well we know because his word tells us that he is.

The Bible tells us, as we read in Job that God let Satan do what ever he wanted to Job, because Satan thought that Job would deny God and give up on God and just died. Now with everything that a been through, from the time i was born, with being born with Neruofibromatosis, to haveing my right leg takeing off below the knee and than having to go above the knee.

Hey My Brothers I just want to Thank each and everyone of yall for always beening theere for me and for helping me in ways that I need help in. I will put a Picture on here as soon asa I can.
